As a community established in 1966, Maple Ridge comprises 2.8 square kilometres of predominantly detached single-family properties. The community is also within minutes of the Mallard Point entrance of Fish Creek Provincial Park, with unpaved trails that are perfect for mountain biking and BMX'ing, riverside seating adjacent to the Bow River, and stunning views!  

Education 

Students of Maple Ridge are well-served by several excellent schools. Maple Ridge Elementary accepts students from kindergarten to grade four, while St. William School is a Catholic option from kindergarten to grade six.

For middle school, there is R.T. Alderman Junior High School and Willow Park Arts-Centred Learning from grades five to nine. Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix is a French bilingual school from kindergarten to grade 12, also located within the community. 

Transportation & Accessibility 

Willow Park has excellent transit, with eight bus lines operating within the community, allowing for a 30-minute commute as far north as Meadowlark Park, east as Altadore, south as Somerset, and west as Palliser. The neighbourhood is within five minutes of the Anderson LRT Station, which runs on the city's north-to-southbound Red Line.

Maple Ridge is perfectly positioned just off of the Deerfoot trail, making it easily accessible. You will enjoy immediate access to a traffic artery that yields direct access to several major work centres, including the downtown core, within 20 minutes.
