I’ve always followed my heart. After more than ten years of teaching in public education, I transitioned into real estate, a field that felt like home, way before formal licensing. Growing up, I watched my parents buy, sell, and reimagine homes across Edmonton, learning early that “home” isn’t just a place, but a feeling that grows with you.

My own real estate journey began in 2009 when my husband and I bought our first home, a 1961 gem in Rio Terrace. Years later, by what felt like fate, we had the chance to buy that same home back. That experience reminded me how powerful it is to live in a community where you truly belong, and it’s what inspires me to help others find that same sense of connection and belonging.

With a background in education, I approach real estate with patience, care, and a teacher’s heart. I love guiding first-time buyers and young families through each step of the process, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident. With every closing, I will proudly support HART (Humane Animal Rescue Team), because helping people, children, and animals has always been at the heart of who I am. I hope to be remembered as someone kind, approachable, and always ready to help. Whether it's answering a real estate question or offering a hug.

    “Be Where You Are Now.”
  • If you could be a character in a book or movie, which one would you be?
    I would choose to be Pippi Longstocking with her unwavering confidence, sense of adventure, positivity and care.
  • What’s your favourite restaurant in Edmonton?
    We don’t go out to eat often, but when we do, you may see my family and me eating at Ichiban on 149th Street, enjoying some fine sushi, or at Nosh on 124th Street, enjoying authentic Indian cuisine.
  • Whatdo you Liv for?
    I “Liv” for feeling fit and strong, staying connected with family and friends, as well as striving to help others.
  • What is your dream vacation?
    Europe is where my soul feels most alive. My dream vacation is a quiet, charming cottage in the countryside just outside a bustling city where I can wake to birdsong, yet still visit vibrant markets whenever the mood strikes. And never too far away from the Baltic Sea.
  • If you could personally witness one event in history, what would it be?
    I would personally love to witness the Woodstock Music and Art Fair held in 1969. To see Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, The Who's and other incredible performers take the stage would have been truly unforgettable.
