Corey Sylvester

I’ve lived in Edmonton, AB, for most of my life. I briefly lived in White Rock, BC, but moved back to Edmonton as this is where my roots are. The coast still has a special place in my heart, and I try to visit it as much as possible.

How I Liv

  • What would you do if you won the lottery?
Firstly, share the winnings with the people closest to me. Then, jump on an aeroplane and travel until I was confident I had seen everything (or at least everything I wanted to see). Once I was done travelling, I would find a nice spot on the water somewhere and Liv life to the fullest!
  • What is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation would be to backpack across Europe for a few months.
  • What’s your favourite quote?
“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone” – Neale Donald Walsch.
  • What did you get into trouble for the most as a child?
I had a trampoline as a child, and it was positioned close enough to my bedroom window on the second floor that I could, and would, jump out my window after bedtime to continue playing with my neighbourhood friends. It wasn’t a very good plan, as I always got caught due to the incredibly loud noise the springs made when I landed on the trampoline… needless to say, the trampoline was gone when I came home from school one day. Also, from a very young age, my parents hated the fact that I always tried to negotiate the terms of my punishments…
  • What’s your favourite restaurant in Edmonton?
Too many to name just one… I love food!
