Real estate is in my blood. Inspired by my father, a Real Estate Agent and red seal carpenter who poured his heart into homes and the people within them, I learned early on the power of deep care and connection. Before diving into real estate myself, I spent seven transformative years as a personal health coach, honing my skills and learning the value of listening, building trust, and supporting others in chasing their dreams.

What do you Liv for?
I Liv to better myself through helping others.
What did you get into trouble for the most as a child?
Trying out newly learned martial arts techniques on friends. I had a passion for fighting and rough housing from a young age. So naturally it got channelled into martial arts.

What's the best vacation you've ever taken?
Peru. One of the most amazing places with some of the kindest people on earth. I was amazed to learn they have the largest river, canyon, and clay lick, among so many other attractions to choose from. I had a blast hiking the Inca trail, visiting the jungle, and visiting the oases at the bottom of the Colca Canyon.
If you could shop for free forever at any store, what store would it be?
This would probably have to be memory express. Since I'm a bit of a nerd and would never have to pay for a computer part ever again.
