I was born in Abbotsford, BC but primarily raised in Edmonton. I have a major love for this City, mostly because of my attachment and appreciation for the people and community that I have here. Growing up, I was surrounded by renovations and house flipping. My Dad built homes and did carpentry finishes for a living. For me, getting into Real Estate was both a new and yet somewhat familiar adventure.
Professionally, I was a Nurse for 11 years. My time spent in Post-Op Cardiac Surgery were some amazing years for me, and they shaped me into who I am today. I also have experience working in the Operating Room and Emergency Department. I’ve walked alongside patients as they navigated challenging circumstances and have been a strong advocate for each of them and their specialized needs.
You wouldn’t think Nursing translates to the world of Real Estate, but for me, it does. Ensuring that people are well looked after and cared for, especially in stressful situations, is of utmost importance to me. Through listening, building connections and serving, it’s such a beautiful thing to see people thriving in their health journey! The buying and selling of one’s home requires the same level of care and attention.
Your home is often your haven, your safe space, making buying or selling very stressful. My job is to make this process seamless and fun! Being the person in your corner, taking the stress off and looking after every detail is a great honour and not a role I take lightly. Pursuing my passion for taking care of people and combining it with my love of Real Estate made this transition and decision easy!
In my life, I’m a very proud Mom to three of the sweetest kiddos I know. I love spending time with my kids, husband, family and friends. Travelling is something we would love to do as a family soon. Aside from being a busy Mama, running is a huge passion for me. On average, I run about 30-70km/week, depending on the Season! Last Summer was the first Summer I headed up a "Learn To Run” group, and my friends who said that they weren’t runners, were the first ones to sign up for a 10 km run this year. I love it!
Fun fact, I have moved a total of 14 times in my life! If you’re searching for a fixer-upper house, I can easily envision the transformation! It’s almost like second nature to me, walking into a home and seeing the good things about it and the potential for what it can become.
