A lot of Realtors will tell you that they never expected to end up in Real Estate. I can safely tell you that I’ve always known!
Growing up in rural Alberta, it didn’t take me long to appreciate what an amazing and diverse Country we live in. Working alongside my father, who was a Realtor himself, I learned what a stressful, crucial and rewarding process buying and selling property can be, especially when it’s the place you’ll call home. And I heard the horror stories about detached, uncaring Agents who only chased the next sale. I didn’t like hearing those stories! I wanted people to see how fulfilling buying a home can be with the right person in your corner.
But first, I wanted to see what the world had to offer. After all, I couldn’t expect to guide people through this process if I didn’t experience life myself first! And so, my work ethic was forged in the heat of professional kitchens. My attention to detail was honed as a technical artist for several years at a major engineering firm. My competitive spirit drives me in national and international martial arts competitions. I developed my speaking skills as a professional actor and awarded public speaker. And best of all, my wife and I, assured many times that children were not a possibility for us, nonetheless found ourselves parents to a strong, healthy boy with enough energy to make a nuclear plant look like a cute pinwheel.
I’m exceptionally proud to be a part of the Liv Real Estate team. In a rapidly changing and growing city such as ours, they stand out as a beacon of what a good experience should be when buying or selling a home: engaged, effective, and focused on YOU. We're all excited to represent you in a decision that will define a major part of your life for years to come. Give us a call today - live the good life!

Live life in the shadows as a vigilante of justice, a harbinger of truth, a light in the darkness. But only for an hour-ish.
My husband and I really loved to work with Liv Real Estate®, specially with Beverley Hasinoff. She was so candid, looking out for what we wanted, diligent and so helpful in helping us understand all the process as first homeowners. They really follow through and make sure everything is in place. I absolutely recommend them. This is a really professional team.‐ Gabriela Siade Read More
