Buying a home can be such an exciting time; it’s the opportunity to picture what your next Chapter of life might look like! Purchasing a Home often means buying some tangible piece of your future! A Home is the physical backdrop for where you are going to make some of life’s greatest memories, with the people who mean the absolute most to you! Home is also a quiet refuge when the World outside becomes an unpredictable place. After surviving 2020, Home now also means, quite literally, safety or a safe place. Having the opportunity to help others purchase this kind of piece of mind, for both themselves and their growing families, is an absolute dream Career for me!
I personally relate to the quest of finding a Home, and the enormity of the task, as we are on our fourth and (hopefully), final home.
I’m on my second go of living in Edmonton - this time for good! I grew up in small-town BC, where I thoroughly enjoyed doing the usual things you do in a small town, like driving up and down Main Street and knowing everybody’s business. Summers were spent attending bonfires in the woods, and winters hanging out at the Arena every weekend eating concession burgers. Everyone from a small town knows that arena burgers are the BEST burgers!
After High School, I got my Cosmetology License and moved to Edmonton to see what the Big City was all about. I initially found success in Edmonton, owning my own Hair Salon. When my husband and I realized that we were ready to start a family, we decided to head back to BC.
As much as I love the quiet, rural life, Edmonton has too many opportunities to ignore. My husband and I have found ourselves back where we started, in Edmonton, with my kids and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. I understand, first-hand, what other families are experiencing, who are also relocating to this great city from other Provinces.
In Real Estate, much like styling hair, there’s nothing more fulfilling than the process of really listening to your client, understanding what they’re looking for and experiencing the joy of helping them find it. Hair, just like your home, is a reflection of how you see yourself; I always enjoy using my skills to help my clients achieve their best reflection of where life is at!

My husband and I really loved to work with Liv Real Estate®, specially with Beverley Hasinoff. She was so candid, looking out for what we wanted, diligent and so helpful in helping us understand all the process as first homeowners. They really follow through and make sure everything is in place. I absolutely recommend them. This is a really professional team.‐ Gabriela Siade Read More
