New Listings: 568 (547, 506, 495)
# Sales: 247 (219, 279, 285)
Ratio: 43% (40%, 55%, 58%)
# Price Changes: 523 (491, 499, 528)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 325 (726, 343, 262)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -4 (-398, -116, -52)
Active single family home listings: 4534 (4519, 4678, 4720)
Active condo listings: 2696 (2705, 2868, 2905)
Homes 4-week running average: $434k ($430k, $426k, $429k)
Condos 4-week running average: $240k ($247k, $247k, $242k)

crazy thing is why is SFH still going up, would be interesting to see next month's inventory.

The condo inventory is dropping but some of it could be banked owned now.

In the Toronto market, brokerages are now allowed to put listings sold histories on their VOW websites.
Check it out, makes for some very interesting and sobering viewing.
Can't wait for the EREB to come to their senses and allow this in Edmonton, before they are forced do it by the courts. ( Which is VERY BAD P.R.)

The Edmontonians would see all the resale townhouses and resale apartments that sold way back in the spring of 2007, the exact same units today sell for fifty percent less on average. The sold history would actually be to the advantage of the seller in Edmonton whereas in the Toronto area the opposite would be true.
