The Sturgeon Heights, St. Albert Area

Sturgeon Heights, St. Albert real estate is comprised mainly of low-density housing with a small corridor of medium-density residences. As one of the smaller neighbourhoods in the city, residents tend to be on the younger side and have a variety of homes to choose from, including single detached homes, apartments, condos and townhouses.

This mature neighbourhood features beautiful tree-lined streets, with schools and parks within walking distance. It is also home to Seymour Crescent, named after Ernest Seymour, St. Albert’s first police officer. To date, Sturgeon Heights is still viewed as a highly desirable, accessible and inclusive neighbourhood where everyone feels welcome.
