Before beginning my real estate career, I was a retail manager for one of Canada’s largest big-box retailers. After spending nearly 15 years in management, I decided a career change was in order. Never being a sit-down at a desk person, I knew I’d need a career that would keep me challenged and still doing what I loved the most: working with people. Working in residential real estate has been more rewarding in that aspect than I could have imagined. I have the opportunity to educate my clients and feel truly fulfilled when I know my people have made an educated choice on their home.

Why Real Estate:

What got me interested in real estate was when we bought our first home. I felt so overwhelmed and out of my element. It seemed that everyone was treating it like it should all be common sense and not a big deal, but I was a nervous wreck! Now, I love sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained with my clients as I help them navigate through their real estate transactions. It doesn’t mean all of the nervousness goes away, but I want people to know they’ve got someone to lean on and guide them through the process. Everyone has a different story, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know my people. Each day is different, brings a new set of challenges, and I am constantly learning. It’s like solving a puzzle, and together we have all the pieces necessary to produce the big picture, your dreams, and my experience. There is definitely no such thing as “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to people and real estate.
