How to View Recently Sold Homes on LivRealEstate.ca

Want to find out what your neighbour's house sold for? Want to see all the sales in a certain area or price range you're interested in? Were you keeping an eye on a certain listing that sold and curious to know the sale price? Now you can! Liv Real Estate® clients can search our website and view listings that have sold in the Greater Edmonton Area in the past year! 

But first... there are a few hoops to jump through (not our hoops, but you have to jump through them nonetheless). The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton requires you to sign up, agree to terms of use and verify your email address in order to view listings sold through the Association's MLS® System. Here's how:

Step 1. 

Register and agree to the terms of use on this form. 

Step 2. 

Click the link in the email you receive from inquiry@livrealestate.ca to verify your email address. 

Step 3. 

When you return to the livrealestate.ca website, you will see a new option on the search bar that allows you to switch between active and sold listings in the Edmonton area. *Note: at this time, you can only view listings that were sold through the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton MLS® System.

What sold listings can I view? 

You can search for and view listings that were sold through the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton MLS® System in the past year. 

How can I search for sold listings? 

First, click the drop-down menu in the search bar and select "Edmonton Area - Sold." You can then refine your search using the search bar filters or by clicking the "filters" button on the search results screen.

Why do I have to renew my account? 

The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton rules require that your account is renewed after 30 days.

Can I get updates when homes sell?

Yes! Just click the "Save Search" button and you will receive email updates when homes sell. 

What are the Terms of Use?

  • All data obtained from the website is intended only for your personal, non-commercial use;
  • You have a bona fide interest in the purchase or sale of residential real estate in the Greater Edmonton Area;
  • You will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the data or information provided;
  • You acknowledge the ownership of, and the validity of the proprietary rights and copyright in, the Association's MLS® system database, Listing Information and any related information;
