In this new decade, I have also taken stock of my personal Market Value. I have found that my value to you and myself is a direct result of finding balance in my personal and professional endeavours.
As a proud Edmontonian for over the past 28 years, I know what it’s like to call this City “Home”; I also know what it’s like to be a newcomer. I was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and I grew up in the Fort McMurray and Lloydminster Area(s); I have a deep love and appreciation for small-town life and big city living!
When you know what you want, it’s so important to have people in your corner who support your goals and help you make a game plan. I was a Licensed Mortgage Broker for 15 years, and I take goal setting and financial planning very seriously. I am also very passionate about business in general, and being a Real Estate Agent was the perfect marriage of my two talents. I immensely enjoy helping my clients reach their personal and financial goals for their families sooner than they expected through educated and focused decisions.
As a successful Real Estate Agent since 2012, I have revelled in watching my City expand, my business steadily improve and most importantly, my two daughters growing up. With one daughter in her last year of high school and one in University at Edmonton’s own Grant MacEwan, I’m also enjoying exploring new interests in life.
I can fully appreciate the quality of life that we are blessed to have in Edmonton; year-round, from the extensive travelling I’ve been lucky to do with my partner Jodi these past few years. Together we have thoroughly enjoyed and explored New Zealand (a personal favourite), Australia, Boston, New York, Scotland and our home away from home, Mexico. We love frequenting these three gems a few times a year: Playa del Carmen, Puerta Vallarta and Mazatlan.
Locally, our family loves making the Edmonton Folk Music Festival an annual priority! Jodi and I can often support the Oilers by attending as many Home Games as we can. I play on two soccer teams in the City, and as avid bikers, Jodi and I take 3 or 4 Mountain Biking trips per year to spend time together, basking in the spectacular scenery found in our part of the Country.
Being part of a Family-run, local Real Estate Brokerage means that I can “Liv” all parts of my personal and professional life to the fullest! I have the experience to help you find the same balance and joy out of life; let’s talk about your Real Estate goals for the next decade!
