They say that the best things come in 3; I am the oldest of 3 siblings, a mother to 3 energetic boys and have settled into our 3rd and final city to call home. My husband and I met and married in the Calgary Area. We then spent the next 18 years of our life in small-town Saskatchewan, raising 3 aspiring athletes. They say that real estate agents put the most kilometres on their vehicles! Try being a real estate agent and travelling across the prairie provinces for hockey, lacrosse and countless other sporting activities that my children participated in. Our 3rd and hopefully final major move was to Stony Plain. I have been an exceptionally busy real estate agent since 2014, a business that continues to grow and become that much more rewarding with each new satisfied client!

Outside of real estate, I have also been a music teacher and an assistant to children with special needs. If I could find more hours in the day, I would have likely added Lawyer, Social Worker, Counsellor and Police Officer to my dream resume. I am very passionate about assisting others and leaving people better than how I found them. I find myself naturally teaching and educating others along the way. I always aim to use my personal and professional experience to help others feel more confident in their real estate decisions. This industry has proven to be my happy place, and I feel incredibly blessed to wake up each day and serve others in this way.

Going through different seasons of life has given me the unique ability to relate to and understand others; I remember what it was like to be a first-time buyer, a buyer with an expanding family, someone who is relocating, or someone looking for a real estate investment. I am thrilled to be living this new season of life, back in Alberta, where my roots are; I especially look forward to being part of your future real estate journey. What do you Liv for?
To elevate your life in even just the smallest way.
What would you do if you won the lottery?
I would give a large portion to my cousin's orphanage in the Philippines, open a group home for foster children and explore more of the world.
If you only had 24 hours to live, what would you do?
I would spend the whole day writing letters or notes to the people I love, encouraging them, reminding them what the world needs from their unique abilities in the future and calling out their strengths.

Queen Susan in Narnia.
What's your dream vacation?
Any place that is hot, full of adventure, and allows me to experience new, long-lasting memories with the people I love most all in one place!
If you could shop for free forever at any store, what store would it be?
How can you pick just ONE!?? Give me the biggest mall, and I will be thrilled.
What did you get into trouble for the most as a child?
Being nosy and tattling.
