I've been drawn to the world of real estate from a young age. Growing up on a 200-year-old homestead, surrounded by family land with a rich history, gave me a unique connection to property and place. While born and raised in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia, my core values are shaped by the city’s vibrant culture, stunning coastline, and friendly atmosphere.

Prior to becoming an Edmontonian, I spent 10 years as a community and culture reporter in Halifax. Interviewing a diverse array of individuals to share their stories and inspire others. This experience gave me a deep appreciation for different communities and the unique character of various neighbourhoods.

Now, as a real estate agent, I bring that same passion for connection, understanding, and trustworthy communication to all my client relationships. Empowered by a relentless drive to deliver exceptional service, I approach each opportunity with a dedication to efficiency and a true celebration of every victory, no matter how big or small.

How I Liv

  • What do you Liv for?
    I “Liv” for good vibes! My favourite thing to do is to spend time at the beach, or anywhere surrounded by good people… preferably when delicious food is around. Home-cooked meals are a bonus.
  • What would you do if you won the lottery?
    I would DEFINITELY become a philanthropist! That type of positive impact is life-changing for everyone involved. I would take my family on vacations and, of course, invest in real estate! I will consider myself a micro-philanthropist until the time comes.
  • What's your favourite quote?
    I have a lot, and this is one of them. “Be thankful for what you have, you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever, have enough.” -Oprah Winfrey.
  • What's your dream vacation?
    I just need a good, quiet beach. I need the hot sun at a luxury resort or even a villa. I need to be on a yacht! Bora Bora, The Maldives, Costa Rica. 6 months in Hawaii living like a local. The beaches are calling…I need to snap out of it… That’s enough dreaming! I will happily trade an Edmonton winter for some beach views. That’s what you call a dream vacation!
