Full Bio

Born and raised in the largest City in North America (and no, it's not NYC, but good guess), I come from the beautifully diverse metropolis of Mexico City. With a population of over 21 million, it truly is the City that never sleeps. I've always lived with the mentality that you need to bring your "A" game …every-single-day, just to make it. To stand out from the crowd, I had to develop strategies, to differentiate myself from everyone else. Surviving in such a competitive market as Mexico City shaped my character and made me determined to be unique in everything I do.

My mother was very business-oriented and impressed upon me the value of hard work and constantly redeveloping your skills to stay relevant in a fast-paced world. My grandfather, who helped raise me, was a German immigrant, extremely organized, disciplined, strict, honest, and of course, loved soccer; don't we all? One of the greatest gifts that my Grandpa passed on to me is the desire to travel and see the world, and I have travelled to 38 cities and lived in 7. Travelling is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have; it allows you to see, feel and taste this beautiful world that we all share and view life from someone else's perspective for a change.

What are your hobbies?
I work out 5 days a week; it's true when they say that this is the best way to start your day; it energizes you and gets you focused on facing the day head-on. My wife and I are absolute movie addicts; we go to the movies at least once a week! My all-time favourite movie is a tie between "Brave Heart" & "Scent of a Woman"; more recently "Inception." I also devour documentaries whenever I get a chance, and my two favourite sports to play and watch are tennis & soccer.

What's your favourite vacation?
After years of planning, my wife and I travelled around Europe for 6-weeks with our best friends; yes, it was epic! Our next goal is either South Asia or South America.
If you could personally witness one event in history, what would it be?
The alien arrival! C'mon, peeps they are out there!
