Erlton is partially secluded from other communities. Because of this, it is one of the safest inner-city neighbourhoods in Calgary, making it an excellent option for newlyweds, families with young children, and professionals.

Elton offers predominantly newly renovated condominiums, apartments, and rowed townhomes with brick edifices. With options for riverfront properties, a variety of recently constructed and beautifully crafted homes, and a host of conveniences within walking distance, Erlton is a highly coveted community.
