 Robert Thirsk High School is located in Arbour Lake, with Advanced Placement university preparatory courses and off-campus work experience options for their students.

St. Jean Brebeuf School in Brentwood and Saint Francis High School are catholic options, which also offer Advanced Placement courses, a fine and performing arts program, and a drama program, located in Collingwood. 

Transportation & Accessibility 

There are two bus lines that operate within the community that travel as far north as Citadel, east as Edgemont, south as University Heights, and west as Crowfoot Crossing. Crowfoot LRT is within 20 minutes of Hawkwood, which operates on the city’s Red Line.

Sarcee Trail, Country Hills Boulevard, Nose Hill Drive, and Stoney Trail are all immediately available to Hawkwood. You will have multiple alternatives to a variety of prominent work centres, with easy access to the Rocky Mountains, via the Trans-Canada Highway.
