With the Bow River as the communities southern boundary, you will be treated to the Bow River Pathway, which runs along the river, offering a tranquil setting for runs, walks, and bike rides.
Rotary Park, a 5.9-hectare venue outfitted with a spray waterpark, picnic tables, playgrounds, tennis courts, and lawn bowling areas, is easily accessed within the locale. The park also has two vista points that offer an incredible perspective of the city's skyline.
West of Rotary Park is Sunnyside Bank Park and Prince's Island Park, while access to the McHugh Bluff is found on the community's northwestern edge.

Due to its central position, Crescent Heights proffers easy access to all areas of the city. Several transit lines utilize Centre Street N and offer a north or southbound commute.
16th Avenue NE lies at the northern boundary, and you will find transit lines allowing an east or westbound commute.
You are within minutes of the downtown core by car, on foot, or by bike, and you will enjoy flowing river views dominated by Calgary's cityscape as you cross the Centre Street Bridge.
Northbound on Centre Street N will get you to 16th Avenue NE for a westbound commute towards the University of Calgary, McMahon Stadium, and The Foothills Medical Centre, or an eastbound trip to Deerfoot Trail for highway accessibility.
