Killarney-Glengarry is served by the Westbrook Mall LRT station, located directly north of the community and serves on the Blue Line, with service running from east to west Calgary.

17th Avenue, Macleod Trail SW, and Sarcee Trail SW are also directly accessible to the community and offer alternate routes to major work centres, as well as city-wide green spaces, and venues.
