The community is contained within an area of 1.5 square kilometres, providing ample space for larger-than-average lots. Shaganappi boasts a compelling array of property types, from quant and cozy prairie bungalows to modern and detached single-family homes with mature trees growing on lots. Infill housing is becoming increasingly popular in Shaganappi. These are new homes that are built on previously developed or underutilized land within an established neighbourhood.
There are also options for first-time buyers, such as large and well-lit apartments with balconies, duplexes and townhomes. One of Shaganappi's most appealing characteristics is the exceptional safety that the area maintains. The community is truly an oasis in the heart of the city!
