The Area

Queensland spans 1.6 square kilometres of land, accommodating primarily single-family homes with a small portion of condominiums and apartments. As a well-longstanding community established in 1973, you will find a lot of single-storey and split-level bungalows, duplexes, townhomes, and newly renovated condominiums with a few apartments. Many of the homes in the community are of a traditional design and are built in the 1970s and 1980s. However, there are also newer developments with more modern designs.

Residents of Queensland enjoy a high degree of safety and security, with a minimal level of crime. And with Lake Bonavista, Maple Ridge, Diamond Cove, Deer Ridge and Deer Run as neighbours, this is one of the safest areas in Calgary!
