Transportation & Accessibility
A staggering 29 bus lines run through the community and will allow for a 30-minute commute to as far north as Huntington Hills, as east as Forest Lawn, as south as Southwood, and west as Aspen Woods.
The LRT is free to ride within the commercial district, and both the Red and Blue Lines will allow access throughout the city. Upon completion of the Green Line, the Commercial Core will be home to two stations on the light rail system, providing even more accessibility.
Your central placement within the city will enjoy proximity and easy access to other major work centres. Crowchild Trail will facilitate a 15-minute commute to the University of Calgary and the Foothills Medical Centre.
Westbound on Bow Trail proffers access to 14th Street NW and Crowchild Trail NW, which offer access to major work centres in the northwest, such as SAIT, the University of Calgary, and the Foothills Medical Centre. Major work centres in the northeast are easily accessible via an eastbound commute on Memorial Drive, which leads to Deerfoot Trail.
