The Bow River and Prince's Island Park wrap around Eau Claire's northwestern tip, providing exceptional north-facing views to its residents. Contained within an area of 0.2 kilometres, Eau Claire is a community comprised of predominantly multi-family dwellings. However, many properties are exceptional, spacious, modern, and luxurious.

Eau Claire Plaza lies nearby with tree-lined pathways, lush grassy lawns, and access to the beautiful Bow River.
Prince's Island Park is another gem within the locale. This twenty-hectare land hosts some of the city's best summer attractions, from the Calgary Folk Music Festival to Carifest, and Shakespeare in the Park, to street performers. Education
Residents of Eau Claire have access to three excellent schools within the surrounding area. For elementary school, there is Connaught School which offers kindergarten to grade six. Mount Royal Middle School offers grades seven to nine.
For secondary school, you have Western Canada High School, one of the finest public schools in Calgary. Western offers their students the International Baccalaureate university preparatory program, French immersion, and many competitive sports and clubs.
Transportation & Accessibility
Six bus lines operate within Eau Claire for a 30-minute commute as far north as Rosedale, east as the Downtown Core, south as Cliff Bungalow, and west as West Village. Eau Claire is within walking distance of 8th Street LRT Station, which runs on both the Red and Blue Lines on Calgary's LRT system.
Eau Claire is accessible via Centre Street N, Memorial Drive, and 10th Street NW. Crowchild Trail is easily found via a westbound trip on Bow Trail to access significant work centres in the northwest. Traffic will be a thing of the past, as you will enjoy proximity to the downtown core!
