As you cross the Peace Bridge into Eau Claire, you are greeted by the Delta Garden, a beautiful urban garden that proffers a slice of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of downtown. Eau Claire Plaza lies nearby with tree-lined pathways, lush grassy lawns, and access to the beautiful Bow River.
Prince's Island Park is another gem within the locale. This twenty-hectare land hosts some of the city's best summer attractions, from the Calgary Folk Music Festival to Carifest, and Shakespeare in the Park, to street performers. Transportation & Accessibility
Six bus lines operate within Eau Claire for a 30-minute commute as far north as Rosedale, east as the Downtown Core, south as Cliff Bungalow, and west as West Village. Eau Claire is within walking distance of 8th Street LRT Station, which runs on both the Red and Blue Lines on Calgary's LRT system.
Eau Claire is accessible via Centre Street N, Memorial Drive, and 10th Street NW. Crowchild Trail is easily found via a westbound trip on Bow Trail to access significant work centres in the northwest. Traffic will be a thing of the past, as you will enjoy proximity to the downtown core!
