Silver Springs is aptly named as it is a few select communities that lay along the Bow River. Properties with south-facing backyards will enjoy picturesque views of the winding flow of the Bow.

Bowmont Park rests at the community's southern edge and boasts 164 hectares of land containing picnic tables, hiking trails, baseball, and soccer fields. Your dog will adore the Silver Spring Island Off-Leash Dog Park, which is slightly further south of Bowmont Park and is easily accessed by a trip across the Bow Lagoon Bridge!
The community takes great pride in its Botanical Gardens, which contains a beautiful array of over 766 different species of flowers.
