As an extension of Nose Hill Park, Edgemont has an elevation of 1245 metres at its highest point, providing spectacular views of the city to the south and the Rockies to the west.
Edgemont is one of the largest communities in Calgary, with a land area of 6.6 square kilometres; your home will likely sit on a larger-than-average plot of land. Established in 1978, it is a relatively newer community in the city and contains many modern-style houses.
