Montgomery has six public transit lines that provide access throughout the community for easy transfers to routes throughout the city. You can expect a commute within 30 minutes to as far north as Brentwood, east Confederation Park, south as Lincoln Park, and west as Rocky Ridge.
By car, you will have three primary routes to the downtown core; Southbound on Memorial Drive NW or 9th Avenue SW via Parkdale Boulevard NW, or Deerfoot Trail will facilitate a commute under 20 minutes under ideal driving conditions.
Southbound on Crowchild Trail NW, Glenmore Trail via Sarcee Trail SW, and Deerfoot Trail will get you to the industrial district in 30 minutes, while northbound on Deerfoot Trail allows for a 30 minutes commute to the airport.
