Posted by GM on Thursday, November 26th, 2020 at 8:53pmYou would think that this would be the best time of year to sell a property. The number of listings always plunges around this time of year, meaning there would be very little competition. Your listing would stand out among the crowd for those looking for a place.
Posted by GM on Thursday, November 26th, 2020 at 8:55pmAt least that's the way I see it.
There is less competition, but there are also fewer people looking. If you don't have a nice yard, the snow will hide it quite nicely though ;)

Posted by GM on Friday, November 27th, 2020 at 8:03pmWasn't Edmonton rated the most affordable housing market in Canada? Despite this terrible year, I don't think prices had anywhere to go, excluding condos.

I hope so too :)
