You don’t have to break the bank to get your kitchen resale-ready. There are ways you can save on a kitchen renovation.  Choosing to reface your cabinets instead of replacing them with custom cabinetry, choosing a cost-effective laminate that mimics natural stone instead of installing granite countertops and simply giving the room a fresh coat of paint can make a big difference.
