Net loss/gain in listings this week: 194 (52, 133, 166)
Active single family home listings: 3882 (3767, 3731, 3650)
Active condo listings: 2274 (2213, 2194, 2134)
Homes 4-week running average: $419k ($421k, $417k, $427k)
Condos 4-week running average: $ 215k ($212k, $206k, $207k)

Good news the NDP is gone, I looked at the election results and the Edmontonians voted to get kicked upside the head a second time... they never learn. Fortunately the Calgarians have a sense of real world reality and the NDP is gone forever.
