For the past 7 days: New Listings: 353 (433, 182, 123) # Sales: 124 (109, 110, 105) Ratio: 35% (25%, 60%, 85%) # Price Changes: 177 (211, 152, 71) Expired/Off-Market Listings: 206 (180, 660, 171) Net loss/gain in listings this week: 23 (144, -588, -153) Active single-family home listings: 2856 (2849, 2770, 3120) Active condo listings: 1664 (1643, 1581, 1795) Homes 4-week running average: $413k ($399k, $402k, $412k) Condos 4-week running average: $213k ($227k, $222k, $226k)

SFH's up, Condo's down?

With sales so low at this time of year, the averages are going to fluctuate a lot. I wasn't expecting sales to be so slow to start out the year, hopefully it's just the weather.

I very much appreciate your weekly updates. For the past two weeks I've noticed that the format for accessing mls on your update page is missing. Is it possible to bring that service back? I used it a lot.

Thanks so much for your comment, I'm not sure what service you're talking about? www.edmontonrealestate.pro is our MLS® system search site - is that what you mean?
