For the past 7 days: New Listings: 607 (692, 594, 631) # Sales: 311 (284, 270, 314) Ratio: 51% (41%, 45%, 50%) # Price Changes: 574 (566, 547, 312) # Expired/Off Market Listings: 279 (519, 519, 258) Net loss/gain in listings this week: 17 (322, -195, 59) Active single family home listings: 4718 (4700, 4628, 4696) Active condo listings: 3070 (3049, 3029, 3142) Homes 4-week running average: $442k ($449k, $439k, $442k) Condos 4-week running average: $240k ($238k, $238, $243k)
