For the past 7 days: New Listings: 523 (548, 551, 584) # Sales: 265 (323, 319, 331) Ratio: 51% (59%, 58%, 57%) # Price Changes: 438 (532, 478, 455) Expired/Off Market Listings: 450 (227, 204, 224) Net loss/gain in listings this week: -192 (-2, 28, 29, -111) Active single family home listings: 4326 (4423, 4416, 4430) Active condo listings: 2460 (2544, 2538, 2495) Homes 4-week running average: $418k ($419k, $424k, $423k) Condos 4-week running average: $236k ($236k, $231k, $232k)
