Sales: 465 (455, 449, 408)
Ratio: 60% (57%, 59%, 55%)
Price Changes: 592 (643, 642, 435)
Expired/Off-Market Listings: 235 (190, 290, 147)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 76 (158, 17, 186)
Active single-family home listings: 3257 (3150, 2975, 2942)
Active condo listings: 2410 (2448, 2377, 2358)
Homes 4-week running average: $480 ($478, $481, $483)
Condos 4-week running average: $237 ($233, $239, $236)

Hi Sara,

The comments submission hasn't been functioning well for a few months- it rejects about 99% of them saying "Spam detected". I'm not sure if you still desire comments on the blog, but if so, you may want to look into what's going on. Occasionally a comments seems to get through. I will keep posting this message until it does.

In the meantime, it almost looks like prices are finding support here in Edmonton much sooner than elsewhere in Ontario and BC. Less up, less down I guess, plus our prices never got out of reach of the average person.
