For the past 7 days: New Listings: 639 (575, 667, 705) # Sales: 309 (274, 324, 310) Ratio: 48% (48%, 49%, 44%) # Price Changes: 524 (423, 445, 422) # Expired/Off Market Listings: 360 (146, 183, 153) Net loss/gain in listings this week: -30 (155, 160, 242) Active single family home listings: 3,318 (3,325, 3,231, 3,172) Active condo listings: 2,906 (2,906, 2839, 2,745) Homes 4-week running average: $438k ($438k, $437k, $442k) Condos 4-week running average: $253k ($248k, $251k, $248k)
