For the past 7 days: New Listings: 644 (639, 575, 667) # Sales: 315 (309, 274, 324) Ratio: 49% (48%, 48%, 49%) # Price Changes: 523 (524, 423, 445) # Expired/Off Market Listings: 207 (360, 146, 183) Net loss/gain in listings this week: 122 (-30, 155, 160) Active single family home listings: 3,393 (3,318, 3,325, 3,231) Active condo listings: 2,963 (2,906, 2,906, 2839) Homes 4-week running average: $440k ($438k, $438k, $437k) Condos 4-week running average: $252k ($253k, $248k, $251k)
