Net loss/gain in listings this week: 133 (166, 89, 60)
Active single family home listings: 3731 (3650, 3560, 3443)
Active condo listings: 2194 (2134, 2073, 1994)
Homes 4-week running average: $417k ($427k, $419k, $420k)
Condos 4-week running average: $206k ($207k, $214k, $216k)

The bottom was put in pricewise for resale condos and resale apartments about 2 weeks ago. When it comes to investing, gambling and money I don't get anything wrong. Everyone will be back here in about 6 months' time stating Tony was exactly right.
