Ratio: 59% (63%, 54%, 56%)
Price Changes: 246 (297, 327, 378)
Expired/Off-Market Listings: 245 (278, 292, 605)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -105 (-149, -99, -392)
Active single-family home listings: 3118 (3161, 3226, 3236)
Active condo listings: 1852 (1884, 1912, 1939)
Homes 4-week running average: $450 ($446, $442, $447)
Condos 4-week running average: $205 ($201, $205, $208)

And there it is. Prices recovered, in trend with prior year. Fixed Interest rates stable with bond yields falling.

The worst of the housing market decline is either behind us, or not far in our future. Alberta will outperform from here.
