For the past 7 days: New Listings: 606 (570, 542, 548) # Sales: 382 (279, 341, 335) Ratio: 63% (49%, 63%, 61%) # Price Changes: 484 (440, 446, 432) Expired/Off-Market Listings: 269 (238, 566, 236) Net loss/gain in listings this week: -45 (53, -365, -23) Active single-family home listings: 3259 (3252, 3213, 3390) Active condo listings: 2824 (2823, 2806, 2978) Homes 4-week running average: $448 ($449, $451, $442) Condos 4-week running average: $214 ($218, $219, $226)

A lot of sales before the election. The U.S. stock market had two back to back down weeks. This Tuesday we'll find out if the stock market implodes or not.
