For the past 7 days: New Listings: 478 (562, 567, 455) # Sales: 256 (237, 12, 239) Ratio: 54% (42%, 37%, 53%) # Price Changes: 437 (442, 403, 427) Expired/Off-Market Listings: 227 (263, 547, 230) Net loss/gain in listings this week: -5 (62, -192, -14, 28) Active single-family home listings: (4222, 4164, 4251) Active condo listings: (2341, 2322, 2415) Homes 4-week running average: $428k ($430k, $433k, $437k) Condos 4-week running average: $220k ($228k, $231k, $232k)
