For the past 7 days: New Listings: 243 (300, 328, 308) # Sales: 149 (185, 144, 205) Ratio: 61% (62%, 44%, 67%) # Price Changes: 153 (208, 231, 276) Expired/Off-Market Listings: 260 (250, 70, 188) Net loss/gain in listings this week: -166 (-135, -286, -85) Active single-family home listings: 3209 (3309, 3398, 3578) Active condo listings: 1831 (1865, 1882, 1975) Homes 4-week running average: $412k ($413k, $416k, $414k) Condos 4-week running average: $221k ($219k, $228k, $223k)
