For the past 7 days: New Listings: 517 (534, 527, 504) # Sales: 289 (298, 309, 320) Ratio: 56% (56%, 59%, 63%) # Price Changes: 377 (346, 363, 374) Expired/Off-Market Listings: 191 (197, 203, 302) Net loss/gain in listings this week: 37 (39, 15, -118) Active single-family home listings: 3449 (3427, 3391, 3376) Active condo listings: 2377 (2336, 2345, 2312) Homes 4-week running average: $428k ($428k, $428k, $429k) Condos 4-week running average: $222k ($220k, $219k, $219k)
