Ratio: 66% (67%, 62%, 65%)
# Price Changes: 325 (357, 361, 402)
Expired/Off-Market Listings: 202 (155, 176, 163)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -37 (22, 41, 30)
Active single-family home listings: 3429 (3466, 3457, 3444)
Active condo listings: 2339 (2339, 2328, 2319)
Homes 4-week running average: $426k ($423k, $418k, $420k)
Condos 4-week running average: $217k ($217k, $217k, $215k)
I apologize for the delay in posting the weekly stats, we had issues with our proxy server, which were not easy to solve over the long weekend. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again. Posting the monthly stats shortly...
