For the past 7 days: New Listings: 688 (588, 434, 497) # Sales: 243 (228, 201, 174) Ratio: 35% (39%, 46%, 35%) # Price Changes: 326 (308, 227, 249) Expired/Off-Market Listings: 403 (221, 189, 216) Net loss/gain in listings this week: 42 (139, 44, 107) Active single-family home listings: 3549 (3516, 3436, 3432) Active condo listings: 2204 (2200, 2127, 2075) Homes 4-week running average: $411k ($414k, $415k, $407k) Condos 4-week running average: $195k ($203k, $205k, $202k)
