For the past 7 days: New Listings: 378 (304, 254, 358) # Sales: 157 (107, 120, 111) Ratio: 42% (35%, 47%, 31%) # Price Changes: 230 (190, 181, 189) Expired/Off-Market Listings: 386 (146, 171, 195) Net loss/gain in listings this week: -165 (51, -37, 52) Active single-family home listings: 3249 (3327, 3287, 3289) Active condo listings: 1975 (2047, 2006, 2039) Homes 4-week running average: $407k ($404k, $403k, $400k) Condos 4-week running average: $216k ($223k, $220k, $209k)
