For the past 7 days: New Listings: 588 (434, 497, 536) # Sales: 228 (201, 174, 141) Ratio: 39% (46%, 35%, 26%) # Price Changes: 308 (227, 249, 242) Expired/Off-Market Listings: 221 (189, 216, 419) Net loss/gain in listings this week: 139 (44, 107, -24) Active single-family home listings: 3516 (3436, 3432, 3363) Active condo listings: 2200 (2127, 2075, 2032) Homes 4-week running average: $414k ($415k, $407k, $407k) Condos 4-week running average: $203k ($205k, $202k, $220k)
