Net loss/gain in listings this week: 83 (72, -100, -45)
Active single-family home listings: 1854 (1725, 1622, 1519)
Active condo listings: 2012 (1949, 1878, 1894)
Homes 4-week running average: $494 ($492, $487, $486)
Condos 4-week running average: $240($243, $243, $238)

Very interesting stats, thank you! As we can see from it, the gap between the prices of condos and homes is gradually growing. This tendency is easy to explain, land is getting more and more expensive across the U.S. So buying a house is something not every family can afford.
