Expired/Off-Market Listings: 148 (126, 128, 207)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 43 (97, 83, 72)
Active single-family home listings: 2202 (2034, 1854, 1725)
Active condo listings: 2050 (2035, 2012, 1949)
Homes 4-week running average: $500 ($500, $494, $492)
Condos 4-week running average: $233 ($235, $240, $243)

Great to see SFD prices taking a breather; we can't go straight up, so this is healthy for a strong price trend in the second half of the year. Too bad about condos falling every week though.

Hi Sara, are you able to comment on the split of new listings and sales for homes and condos? Or even better provide how many of each are homes and condos? My guess is more condos (as a % of total sales) are selling and more homes (as a % of total new listings) are newly listed compared to previous weekly reports.
