Ratio: 110% (144%, 96%, 79%)
Price Changes: 55 (117, 146, 183)
Expired/Off-Market Listings: 184 (213, 244, 191)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: (-302, -233, -128)
Active single-family home listings: 1917 (2009, 2136, 2255)
Active condo listings: 1962 (2037, 2127, 2201)
Homes 4-week running average: $456 ($434, $433, $437)
Condos 4-week running average: $205 ($204, $210, $213)

Nice move up in SFD prices. There's so little inventory out there, so I think there's a real chance we get above $500K average in 2022. We'd still be behind Calgary, but we'd be catching up.

That's quite a jump in house prices. Are you sure it's correct?

That is quite a jump! With the lower number of sales than we'd typically see in a 30 day period, and a lot of high-end sales in the last week of the year, the average did jump that much. The median took a pretty good jump as well... I'll post the monthly report this afternoon for a closer look at things.
