Price Changes: 145 (69, 101, 174)
Expired/Off-Market Listings: 667 (160, 288, 298, 224)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -487 (-186, -327, -238)
Active single-family home listings: 2252 (2577, 2649, 2753)
Active condo listings: 1388 (1540, 1572, 1635)
Homes 4-week running average: $444 ($445, $451, $448)
Condos 4-week running average: $195 ($199, $212, $213)

Was that end of December sales spike due to people buying houses before the new rules about international buyers take effect?

Hey Tara,
Thanks for the question. There was a big uptick in new listings at the beginning of the month, but sales didn't jump up. We add the first week of January onto last year's charts, because you can't see the data if it's only one point. This week there will be a new "2023" line on the chart that will make things more clear.
