Net loss/gain in listings this week: -71 (-15, 49, -447)
Active single-family home listings: 1488 (1571, 1655, 1693)
Active condo listings: 1791 (1804, 1808, 1768)
Homes 4-week running average: $442 ($457, $457, $460)
Condos 4-week running average: $223 ($208, $205, $206)
